Union s.r.o. offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund.

• Request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase date

• Include your order number and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Actual receipt may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests.
